Chris is an accomplished machine operator from mini diggers to large tracked excavators, having used Chris on numerous occasions over the past ten years I found him to be knowledgable in many aspects of ground works and look forward to working with him in the future.Lee Doyle
We employed Chris as a plant operator for 4 months during 2017 on a civils and landscaping project near
Nottingham. He was predominantly responsible for operations of an 8t tracked excavator undertaking a
range of duties including excavation, earthworks, installation and trimming of stone subbases and
reinstatement. This project also included a range of circular and longitudinal feature earth mounds as
part of the playground and we were particularly pleased at how well Chris was able to form these.
Chris was both reliable in attendance and punctual to site, willing to take responsibility and work within
the groundworks team and we are happy to recommend him for such work.
Having met Chris as part of a wider building project, we brought him back in to help with a major plan of landscaping and drainage works across the site. From the initial planning meetings and walk-arounds to the end result, his service was first class the whole time.
Chris has been a friendly and personable operator who was happy to recommend solutions and offer expertise while at the same time work with us to deliver what we needed. Regular catch-ups to ensure both parties were happy were very useful and reassuring and allowed us to ‘tweak’ our plans as the timeline progressed.
All in all, if further projects come to fruition and we need a reliable, capable digger driver, we’d certainly be giving them to ChrisPGL Caythorpe Court
